No quick fix!

Western medicine has got us into a bad habit of thinking that all of our sicknesses can be cured with a magic pill. Quick fixes work for a while when you're young, fit and healthy. The real truth is that bad lifestyle habits catch up with you and eventually the odd symptom becomes chronic illness that doctors can't cure and can't find answers for. There's no easy way out of it... become enthusiastic about a healthy diet and exercise, stress less, have fun, do what you love, avoid emf and radiation, build healthy relationships, take good probiotics and look after yourself. Its really the only way to a long, happy and energetic life.
